Born and raised here in Arizona, our 100% grass fed beef live their lives on open range land, feeding on only natural grasses and legumes, regenerating the soil and using only water from small wells and natural streams. ALL of our Ribeye’s are dry aged 28+ days. If you have a preference of 30, 45, or 60, feel free to drop a note and we’ll do our best to get you the age you’d like.

Rule of thumb…1 bone feeds 2 people. Each bone weighs 1.5-2.5lbs depending on the size of the beef.
